Abstract
Sustainability is crucial and to large extent adopting right approach to Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is needed to ensure the same and many sectors are doing so. Banking is no exception. This case delves on the CSR initiatives by Bank Windhoek and the multi-pronged approach adopted therein by this front runner in the Namibian banking sector.
