An ongoing survey by Henley Business School Africa has revealed that just over 50% our MBA students who completed their studies from 2011 onwards were still employed at the same company.

75% of students who received full corporate sponsorship were still employed by the same company. However, 60% of graduates whose employer did not sponsor their MBA had moved to another company. Retention of a newly graduated MBA employee is important. What can businesses do to retain their MBA graduates?

Dr. Karim Seghir appointed as Chancellor of Ajman University

Dr. Karim Seghir has been appointed as Chancellor of Ajman University, the oldest private university in the United Arab Emirates, effective January 1, 2017. Dr. Seghir has served as Dean of the School of Business at the American University in Cairo since July 2014. Seghir has also served as Associate Dean for Undergraduate Studies and Administration at the AUC School of Business from June 2011 to June 2014 and was in charge of accreditations (AACSB, EQUIS, AMBA) among other things.
