Summary:AABS Teaching the Practice of Management is currently in its eleventh year and is a 5 day faculty training programme.
Details:

The AABS TPM 5-day-faculty development workshop programme is designed for faculty from Business Schools in Africa who are committed to incorporating discussion and practice based teaching into their curriculum. This approach enables delegates to develop judgment and problem solving skills by wrestling with management decision-making through the use of a variety of different practice based teaching methods including, but not limited to: case studies, role plays, debates, simulations and class discussions.

The overall objectives of the workshop are to provide faculty with tools, skills and learning opportunities to become more effective teachers of the practice of management. AABS TPM will incorporate blended learning including a variety of methods as well as action learning. Therefore there is an expectation on delegates to bring and share their knowledge and skills to resolve teaching dilemmas.
